Rates & Insurance

My rate for 50-minute individual therapy session is $150. I am currently in-network with Premera, Regence, Lifewise, and First Choice. I am out-of-network for all other insurance carriers. I accept major credit cards and HSA payments for copays or out-of-pocket payments. 

If I am not in-network with your insurance, I am able to provide a receipt (often called a "super bill") for your out-of-pocket costs and you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance companies and plans offer reimbursement for mental health services. I recommend you review your insurance documents or contact your insurance company to determine how they cover and reimburse for both in-network and out-of-network mental health services.
